The Orkin man showed up right on time, located the source of the problem and sprayed the area. He then told me how to prevent future problems.I would definitely use them again.
The service technician was on time and efficient. They got the job done.
The appointment times are flexible and ************** always arrived within the time frame he said. The service has been great and we have used Orkin services for many years.
Harrisonburg, VA office was contacted because it's been a few weeks since they were out and we still have ladybugs all over our house. Last time we had this issue they were on it immediately. Today the lady actually laughed about it and said that they can't come until the 29th of October but our next schedule was for the 2nd of November we might as well just wait. Excellent service from orkin always. Efficient and responsive in responding to my needs
Tech was great! She arrived in the 2-hr window scheduled, made sure the current plan was effective (Im not seeing any bugs), and treated the inside and outside within **** minutes-ish.

My service technician was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my situation and how he was going to treat it. I hope I dont need an exterminator again, but if I do, Ill call Orkin.
I contacted Orkin head office to discuss pest issues. The rep advised me that Orkin would come the same day to treat: 1. Fleas 2. Mites 3. Mice 4. Wasp' nest on the roof 5. Spiders Plus they would inspect and spray outside the house, locate points of entry for mice and spiders and seal. However, I later received a call from the branch manager asking to reschedule for two days later, to which I agreed.
