The intial service was okay. I called weekly for 6 weeks to have more bait boxes placed outside of my house and no one ever came. Every week it was the same excuse and they always said the technician would be out next week. Why pay for a monthly service and they never come. I would not recommend this company

One of the worst company's that I have ever dealt with. Thee charge a inspection charge of a little over $100 for about 1 hour of work. (Which is fine). They told me if I took the 3 mouth same a cash they he would come back after final applicant to check for any signs of bed bugs. So first treatment they charged my card $2200 when I was suppose to have 3 mouth to pay. (A 4 bed room house). So I had to call them to get my money back. They did 2 treatments and it didn't get rid of the pest so they had to come back for another.... read more

This was my first service with Orkin. The young lady was wonderful! She answered all my questions, and fully informed me of my service going forward. I received, along with my daughter-in-********** a $30 discount for referring Orkin to me. Very professional. Looking forward to continued service by Orkin.

They notified when they would come to perform service with reminder including after arrival. Brandon has done a great and thorough job. He was punctual and courteous.

This company has the world's worst billing system. They persist in charging the customer for each service performed, when a prepaid policy for the year is in place. My branch's manager says he cannot charge the system. Apparently, the executives are too lazy to offer good service. I was billed for an entire year for a services that was pre-paid by my HOA. The company was paid twice. They have the market cornered by contracting with builders, leaving homeowners no choice. I would dump them if I could.

I signed up with Orkin, but then cancelled the following week after they had come out. Their visit to my home lasted approximately one minute. I realized then that I made a mistake hiring them. My initial outlay of money was $196. When I called them to cancel I also asked for most of that money back. I told them that I did not want to pay more than $50 for a one minute visit. I was basically told "too bad".

We have used Orkin for several years, they show up when they say they are going to be there and ******** is WONDERFUL. We had one small mi or issue they switched computers or the information got deleted which was a few years ago otherwise they do a great job
