Orkin instead of coming back out were very rude and hung up. I called back and they decided to refund me when I requested service. They no call no showed twice before I called them and they were rude.

Customer billing is the biggest thorn of an issue with Home Team Pest Defense in Austin, Tx. Trying to reach customer service is miserable and my bill is incorrect every single time. I pay my bill annually receive the discounted price and then show a balance after each service based on the balance of the full price. In 2020, my service was done in April and then skipped until December...I had a credit card on file and was once again billed for the monthly service at full price. This company does not really have "Customer Service." If you call the telephone #, the answer is a "Welcome to Orkin" salute. They do not answer the phone or, if they do, they will hang up without addressing a problem. Do not write a check for any service. They accessed my account without authorization to take out funds without permission. Terrible company. Stay Away.

I was the customer who pointed out the error IN MARCH WHEN IT OCCURRED. Ms. *******, an Orkin/Rollins representative, would not believe the error unless I provided an image of the check, which I did after blocking the bank account number. Ms. ****** then gave me an amount to pay, in excess of $900, which I did whilst on the phone with her. She said it would be my final payment. I got ORKIN to get rid of an ant problem that I had. I got sucked into getting encapsulation and a dehumidifier installed, which I believe is good. What I DID NOT expect was the large cockroaches that showed up shortly after their visit. I called them back and was informed that this was normal. It took me over a year to get rid of them and then only after I bought off the shelf bug killer. I WILL NEVER USE ORKIN AGAIN!!!!! Under a $125 Quarterly contract. I was billed for 2 cycles. I did not see. nor was I contacted by the Service Technician/Office in any way. The only indication that "service was provided" was the the bill that came in the mail. I was told that a tech did come out and perform outside service. Great customer service. My technician, Matthew, worked to understand the issue I was having and he responded appropriately to mitigate the problem. I will definitely use Orkin for all my home pest control issues.
