The Orkin man was very thorough and very pleasant he explained everything in detail and he hit every spot that I wanted him to spray. So glad they sent a text that they were on their way made it easier for me and for him.

This business does not verify the actual customer on financial reports. I am now disputing a case in which I have the same name but different address as another customer. Now I am in the process of disputing my case with Equifax all because this company doesn't do the correct background checks on the customers they serve. How can you just pick a name and move forward with submitting to credit lenders?? I had to at least pick 1 star, if I could it would be zero stars. Thank you Rollins!
Field inspector ******* came out looked over area of concern found nothing to indicate an infestation. Very happy with service.
I am happy with the service, but I wish they would set the appointments for the same ********** window for customers that have the repeating service. They used to do this procedure but changed it a couple of years ago
Always friendly and efficient! Also quite effective. Im a space cadet and usually forget their coming even though they remind me, and they always offer to come back if I need them to.
