I had rats in my attic and crawlspace. Trutech charged $1200 seal off both areas from the outside with wire mesh as well as fix access in the crawlspace to the house (damaged duct work/vents). They added wire mesh but did NOT do the work in the crawlspace at all. The traps they laid didn't catch anything, and I could still hear rats in the attic.
