I called twice leaving messages, cause no one never answers. Never did get a call back. The 3rd time I called, someone answered. After several times putting me on hold she said, I needed to call back for sales to get service started. I ask for a manager who said because I canceled LAST YEAR IN MAY, which was the start of the pandamic & my disabled veteran husband lost his job, that I will have to pay double the amount ($150 a week) or pay for the year upfront. The Sales Manager informed the Mrs. ****** that in order for them to restart the service, they would need to sign the agreement and pay for the year in advance at the current pricing of $72.00 every other month as the promotion-pricing period had expired. I thought I had a bat and/or rat infestation in my attick. Jason the tech came out went in my attick, showed me a picture of a vent that was bent back and also showed me some pictures of rat/mice tracking. I was told I had a rat infestation but no bats. I ALMOST was out of a little over $500. Jason tablet had died and I wrote a check out for a little over $300 but was very hesitant on proceeding. Thank you for your feedback. The Region Manager contacted Ms. ****** to discuss her concerns. Trutech was asked to come and assess noises in the walls of her home. Our inspector noted a couple areas where there was torn screening over vents and recommended doing small exclusion work in the attic to seal up possible entry points. The client already had a pest control service but they informed her they do not use ladders and could not access the attic (hatch w/o stairs). In March, 2020, an electrician discovered evidence of rats in the attic of our Florida house. Our exterminator referred us to Trutech Wildlife Service in Port Charlotte, FL. They sent a technician on March 17, 2020, who persuaded us to sign a contract to remove the rodent ($350), secure the attic ($450), come out for the initial visit ($100, this was supposed to be free), and to conduct four quarterly visits to make sure the openings remained secure ($198 each of four visits).
