So disappointed with our Orkin experience. We called for help getting rid of rats in an outbuilding. We paid $250 for four sticky traps we could have bought at the hardware store for $10. There was no follow-up from them, and needless to say the problem was not addressed. My request for a refund was not honored and their customer service representatives kept putting me off. Don't waste your money or time working with them.

I have been with this company for years and i have enjoyed their business and suggestion when something is seen (bug or critter) that needs to be taken care of they know how to get to the problem right a way

Orkin called today and canceled the first appointment. I had to arrange my schedule for I take care of my elderly mother. Initial contact consisted of requesting same day service as advertised on their site. They stated they could not do same day but will come the next day which is today. and deduct $50 for todays service. Spoke to a rude customer service agent. Dealing with this company has been headache at every turn. Practically no documentation making it very hard to deal with them, nothing via email. When I signed up I told them I needed them to come on weekends. I was told this would be not a problem. Instead, every time they come out I have to fight with them to hold them to their agreement. Furthermore, when I signed up with them it was my understanding they would come out monthly. Maybe it is only every other month if I could find their bloody contract. Orkin not a company you can trust very dishonest. Don't guarantee their work.came out to my home several times worker didn't solve problems after talking with one of manager she agree to do few services free. I still not satisfied so they took upon them selves to charge my daughter card without permission.

It's a pleasure to do business with Orkin. We have been with this service for a couple of generations. We love our representative and look forward to seeing her every month. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly, and really good at keeping our home pest free. We would not think of using anyone else. We are happy customers!

My technician was very thorough while applying products and completing the service call. I feel more at ease knowing that I won't encounter issues with annoying outdoor pests this year thanks to Orkin!
