After 5 months of service, I still get a few German roaches in the bedroom and/or living room in any given week. They say the infestation is "not that bad" and that it "just takes time because you have to use bait", and, I'll readily admit that they've caught more in kitchen sticky traps than I thought could possibly be behind my refrigerator... If the the guy who showed up at my house was the person I spoke with when asking for an appointment I would have never used Orkin I dont feel the service guy really wanted to cover all of my house I have a large house and I had to ask each time to do a room. He never did all the bedrms or all the baths and when I asked him to do a room he wasnt happy I told the original customer service guy when I asked for service it was a big house. We contacted Orkin to come out and do an inspection and give us a quote for bed bugs (found in living room). The guy that came out looked around briefly, said he saw them, then gave us a quote based on square footage of the entire home. We asked a lot of questions because the quote was around $2400. He said we could do a payment plan, they'd come out and spray, they'd come back out and check to see if they were gone, etc. My dad asked him again, 'so yall spray once and i'm paying that much!?' My deceased mother had contract for many years. After her death last year I had continued contract. I provided them with my contact information and assumed monthly billing. No one from their company attempted to contact me to schedule in home monthly service. They have not serviced inside her home since December 2020 despite my continued payments. I contacted them two weeks in a row for a scheduled in home service. They failed to show up. Unprofessional conduct. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The service technician has been fantastic with my father who has early stage dementia. He has truly gone above and beyond. If this is typical Orkin service, I would highly recommend Orkin to anyone in need of pest control.

Our technician for monthly inspections and treatment is excellent. He is courteous and on time. Great guy. In past years we have had so /so luck with the ones that do termite inspections. They tend to call at the last minute, or on a Sunday, saying, "I'll be in your area tomorrow morning, can I come and do the inspection." Documentation and communication of the inspection reports has not been good. One year we had two different guys show up weeks apart to do the annual inspection.
