Inspector arrived on time and did the inspection quickly. Great job.
Very professional easy to know what was going on what was going to be used if I needed anything to call customer service was awesome the gentleman that came here was awesome I've done business with Orkin look for this is why I call them back they're good company and trained very well I recommend them to anyone with bugs of any kind mice rats mosquitoes they're good at everything
My organization used Orkin as a vendor for many years in our previous facility and never had any service issues. We moved to a new location and are now being serviced by another branch. We have had numerous service issues with the technician that the branch manager at location Branch 671-CHICAGO COMM, IL has failed to address. She also seemed to imply the issues were because I failed to communicate with her. I am very disappointed in the service our organization, a nonprofit shelter for women and children has received.

This business has scammed us. I left a good review after the first visit. We asked for problems with moths. After the first service, things went south.when employees started arriving at random times when we didn't know they were coming. Lack of communication between employees, customers, and service representatives do not exist.

Great Service, when ever I call and need extra attention they come out and respray. My tech is super friendly and does great job..
Came out to address a wasp problem and did the minimum amount of work. When it was noticed that they were in other areas I was told to give it a week and they will probably make their way toward the treated area. They didnt, they moved up into the wall and I then had to treat myself. Dont waste your time or money. Additionally, they were late to scheduled appointment
We are very dissatisfied with the sales and billing process of the Orkin affiliate in Collinsville, IL. We called because we had a spider problem in our house and the salesman/technician who arrived went straight to our attic after arriving. After looking around he came back with pictures saying there was a rampant mouse infestation in our home in the attic. We have never seen a mouse in our home in the 15+ years we've lived here.
