if I could give negative stars that would be a better rating for what Orkin now provides.There are constantly billing errors and the phone numbers on the **** for customer service keep you on a recording loop.The service for termite monitoring is a complete joke for the last several years!!I have always requested a prior phone call to schedule an appointment, they just showed up one morning this year. This is the second time in the last 3 years that I have had to call and complain about the technicians not being trained. The... read more

Horrible company. They sent out a salesman as we had a bird problem in our ficus trees. They mane it sound like we would get a disease if we didnt do something immediately. We signed up for services and they sent out a guy to remove and clean up after 100s of birds. He had a power washer that was so weak even the work an said it wasnt much good but that is what they gave him. My husband let him use ours and it hasnt worked since.They delayed coming and didnt sent the traps they promised. When they didnt return calls, we trie... read more

Orkin came to treat a mice issue I was having. From the first visit I was treated rudely in my own home by the Tech. I asked on three separate visits for Orkin Techs to check my crawlspace and I was dismissed. Finally a Tech confirmed that was the point of entry. So I had been spending money for months for a service that was not ***************** problem. This company was fired from ever returning to my home ever again.I understand times are tough cause of covid but the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence is unacceptable regardless.It has been 2 years of night ***** with this company. The 1st issue was potentially deadly.There less than intelligent service tech used the wrong sprayer inside my house which left puddles everywhere and I have 4 dogs.Obviously I demanded they never send that service tech to my house again.Of course the idiots sent ****** to my home 4 more... read more

Orkin Shield (rodents) not recommended. Within a year, the metal rodent guard rusted and fell away from the structure. Holes in the house brick were overlooked and not filled in with any material.

We have been a customer of ******************** in ********** ******** the ***************** business for about 10 years as we originally contacted them for ********* ant problems which were resolved. We agreed to continue with the Termite and ********* Ant warranty of $288.00 annually. We were instructed that on a quarterly basis someone would look at the ant bait traps to see if there were any termites. This company is a joke, I cancelled my services 30 days as I was told I need to which it was April 1st 2022, I get a call today 05.05/2022 from their manager to try to lowball their prices to keep me as a customer and I told him that I was going through some financial difficulties, that maybe in the future. After I hung up with him I went to check my bank account and I see that they had taken $52.00 out of my account on may 2nd. I have Orkin service home and pay for that service the same day. Now for the second time I have received a statement. The first time this happened I was told by Orkin the service man does not return to the office that day, sometimes for many days. When he does return he gives my check to accounting and it is then processed. I assume this happening as second time.I was serviced on 4-21-2022 I paid by check that day and my check cleared the bank on 5=2-2022.The statement I received in bold letters it states payment is due when... read more
