I have been an orkin customer for the last 5 years and their customer ******* has gone down tremendously. I had 3 visits in May, only one was scheduled and was charged TWICE. After contacting customer ******* the rep I spoke to agreed that there was an error on their part and that one of the payments would be applied to my August visit. I stated.i would not prepay for a ******* 3 months ahead. I then proceeded to make 1 payment to cover the May visit. Since this time the customer ******* team has HARRASSED me to no end. This company took over ********************** They did not obtain it smoothly and I have had nothing but problems. They never came out in **** but charged me for this in July for **** June, and July all at once. It took a week to get ahold of anyone. They outsource calls to ***** so they would "leave messages" for Orkin to call and no call. I tried calling several times and was on hold for 40 minutes once and 35 another for the longer waits out of all the times I called. The company installed new insulation in my basement. Because of laziness, an employee threw a heavy roll of insulation down my basement stairs, thereby breaking my basement door. I was assured that the door would be replaced immediately. Four months later and numerous phone inquiries on my part, the door has not been replaced. I would like a credit on my account. I don't trust that this company will replace the door properly.

Our technician was more concerned with talking to my dogs than doing what he was there to do. I was told he would look around the house to see what services needed to be done. It was like pulling teeth to get him to look throughout the house. I asked him to check the basement for mice as we had a hole in our dog food bag in the pantry and knew we had them somewhere. Awful awful experience I called 2 different services out for reflex prices orkin was one and terminex was one terminex came 1st and gave me a quote and then orkin came I told orkin the price terminex would do it for and orkin started bashing them stating they would do it cheaper and better so I went with orkin which I REGRET now.. it's been an all in all awful experience I'm have issues with bats and bat bugs they told me the could start asap don't hear from them for days call them all of a sudden they can't until aug 5th wh... read more

If youre looking for pest control, DO NOT use Orkinthats the main point of this post and if you care to read on Ill explain why. Weve lived in ************ ** for 11 years now and have never had a pest problem. I always sprayed my yard with Cutter Backyard Bug Control and used ORTHO Home Defense around the perimeter of the house, all openings and inside. I guess I just got lazy and decided to throw away $30 per month and use Orkin ************ services instead of my own tried and true methods. We signed up for Orkins pest co... read more

He found two possible sources of ********* ants, one in a log pile within 10 feet of home and second was in a Japanese maple in the front yard. He also found several fire ant beds throughout the front and backyard. He provided a liquid treatment around the outside and granulated the entire yard for ants, they also spot treated with liquid all fire ant mounds. Monday August 8, 2022 I have made several attempt to get an answer to my question I posed to Orkin since a month ago. They failed to get a reply/answer to my question despite my numerous requests for an answer. I used their website to post question and also asking them why they haven't responded in a timely manner.I don't recommend these Orkin "*********************" to anyone. I call Orkin to have bats or birds removed from my fireplace. Service man was great. However, my credit was ran on a hard inquiry on my credit report. I just spoke with Rollins acceptance and told them how displeased i was. They told me my credit can be pulled with just my name and phone number. I DID NOT CONSENT FOR THEM TO DO THAT AT ALL. Was given an appointment for 12pm-2pm. I left work early to prepare for my appointment. Not only did I not hear from Orkin, I had to call several times and got different answers The technician will call in 30 minutes,managers are in a meeting, we are about to close in a couple hours and everyone is busy .
