On Wednesday July 13th we had scheduled a technician to come out between 10am-12pm. They were to spray my grandparents home inside and out for click beetles. I took off work and arrived to the home at 8am to bag up clothing and bedding and move some furniture to better accommodate the technician and also protect my grandparents belongings. 12pm rolled around and no technician came so I called Orkin and the customer service rep said to give them an additional 2 hour window, and that someone should be out by 2pm. I would never use this business again! My experience with them is this.;Demanding and threatening letters over services already paid for. The tech that serviced the house was given a check when service was rendered. I decided to just pay the money demand because they threatened to damage my credit. Then by magic two of the checks I had given their tech were cashed by them instead of being returned to me. I called them and they agreed to return the $50. Needless to say, I'm still waiting.

THE ************** OFFICE WAS A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.I DID NOT HAVE A REOCCURRENCE OF PESTS UNTIL I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THEM.TWO OF THEIR OWN TECHNICIANS ADMITTED THAT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS NOT ON TASK.

Orkin has proved to be unreliable and unresponsive. In 2018 they changed our address to another similar street name 5 miles away. When we finally noticed not receiveing an invoice from Orkin we called and they had canceled us for failure to pay. (no wonder since they mailed the renewal to some other address) They reinstated us after much discussion and headache since some other address was getting our bills, along with the service we had paid for. Trash A$$ service and local office that I deal with is trasssh. My service was on 6/8/22 I let the tech know I started seeing red/black ants upstairs. Tech advised he saw ant activity and advised to cut tree touching house. Literally same day cut the tree off from my roof top. Put in a request for a touch up service since still seeing ants and spiders in house. Set up appt from the portal for 6/23. This has been the worst transaction I have ever done. Never can get ahold of someone or when they said a price went over it, also never gave me how much I would be paying not happy

Service for bed bugs. Ninety year old mother upset about having the problem. They came in done a quick inspection. Told they would do the entire home, even though problem was not found in any other room of the home. Being upset about the problem she wanted it solved.Technican didn't show up until 2 weeks later.Didn't find a problem in any other parts of the home, 1 bedroom only.
