This company is so unprofessional, they schedule visits and cancel sameday. You can't get a hold of anybody, calls go to voice-mail and No one returns your calls. They take your money and leave you hanging. I highly recommend you never use them.
Professional service, trained technicians who also are very pleasant, they always do a good job. I never have to ask them to come back. Although they always offer if I find an issue.

Orkin recommended TruTech LLC and on good faith, we contacted TruTech LLC to put pest screens on our soffits to the tune of $3,000. plus. Now TruTech LLC keeps billing us for what they call a quarterly service of $198.00. We told them many times that we did not need their quarterly service. We did not sign a contract. They keep sending us bills. They call and harass us to use their quarterly service. I'd give a zero if I could. I called for service and started a 1 year service with ORKIN. I received a scheduled time from 12-2pm the following week. Had to remove everything from my kitchen and 3 bathrooms and took the day off work to be available. Received a confirmation email the day before. The scheduled day and time comes, and at 1:30pm,I call ORKIN to find out what is up with the delays. They informed me that I wasn't on their schedule and on top of that their guy called in. Called Orkin for a service. Agreed on a service that day with a follow up. Was charge $305. They keep sending a bill for a w/o month service I did not agree to. The salesman made me think I was signing a credit card form when I'm reality he was setting me up on a contract!! That is an awful practice Orkin.
