Our experience with Faulkner Cadillac was nothing but the best. Andrew Sterling was wonderful to work with! There was no pressure and he was always doing all he could to make sure we were happy and comfortable with all that was going on. He was very personable and was really great with our children. To be honest, everyone that we dealt with at the dealership, from Andrew to Joel and even the service department, was extremely friendly and helpful. I would most definitely recommend them!!

I brought my car in because The liftgate does not work. They told me it’s because water leak into the module and the liftgate arm therefore causing it to fail. I googled the problem it’s a serious problem it’s happened to many of the 2012 SRX cars. Suburban told me it would be $3200. to fix. I don’t believe that I should pay for a design flaw. They can keep their word! Worst car buying experience I've ever had!! They pull a car up on the computer with 49 miles on it, told me that the car would be put on a truck and transported to NC. A week and a half later, the car is delivered with 800 extra miles on it. They tried to compensate me with a $100 gift card; you can't even purchase all weather mats with $100. I bought a used Lexus from Steven Bell and Jaren this past Saturday. It was THE best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Steven and Jaren were both professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with from beginning to end! The worst experience I have ever had with a service department. They are correct when they say once you experience Jim Hudson, you will never forget it. Brought my vehicle in for an oil leak close to the end of October. No communication from the service advisor Neal.
