Worst dealer ever for service. AVOID!Too my car to their shop for a TSB and to diagnose a code. I told them I would pay out of pocket for the diag as it was completely unrelated to the TSB. I sat and waited for my car to get a simple oil change and tire rotation for almost 3 hours when being told it would only take an hour and thirty minutes. I should have walked out when I heard a guy complaining that he had already been there for two hours. If you have somewhere to be don’t sit and wait because you’ll waste your whole day here.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I went on Saturday and pulled up in the parking lot. The sales man was outside and never came up to us. He was smoking and looking at his phone. We started walking towards him and he still wouldn’t acknowledge us.
