I sat and waited for my car to get a simple oil change and tire rotation for almost 3 hours when being told it would only take an hour and thirty minutes. This place is DANGEROUS!!! I bought a new Cadillac CT4-V and made sure to get AWD since I live in Michigan and realize the winters get snowy. Driving to Lansing on a Saturday afternoon I ended up hitting a guard rail on I96 shortly after a light snow started.
