I would not recommend purchasing ANY used cars from this dealership. We are only 2 months into a purchase of a used car and repairs are totaling (so far) over $3000. We are first time buyers at THIS dealership but have purchased from another Cadillac dealership and received excellent service there! We CANNOT say the same for Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth. Wonder what repair will be next?

Made an appointment for an oil change on my Escalade. Got there, waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. So 2 days go by and I go to clean my windshield, but there’s no washer fluid which means they didn’t tip it off. So that made me wonder what else they didn’t top off, look under the hood, and find my coolant and brake fluid are very low. Makes me wonder if my tires even got rotated.
Came back to Cadillac after a 10 your absence, just wanted information and after I talk with John Griffin drove out with my new car that evening. I was very happy with my choice and my salesman John Griffin and I would recommend him today for anybody looking for a new vehicle
