I worked with Dean, in buying a used car they had on their lot. He was very professional, talked me through the process, walked me through the car, its features, how to set things up etc. He also introduced me to the service team. Overall a great dealership to work with. They werent pushy on trying to sell me extras. They offered different packages, I said, no... that was it. All the staff was friendly!
I would put zero stars if I could, but, that is not possible. I recently put 2 of my Cadillacs in the shop at this dealership. I am a Pastor/ Apostle of a church in Detroit, MI, who had just gone through 13 breakins in a 3 weeks span. Financially, this has been very taxing on me, due to having to resecure my 177,000 sq ft building for these break ins.
