I took my XT5 to the service department because the side detection system was malfunctioning and hesitation when put in gear. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks only to tell me they could not figure out what is causing the problem. I feel like because I did not purchase the vehicle at their dealership that my vehicle was not a priority. Needless to say I will never deal with this dealership again!

I have the worse experience ever at Cadillac of Troy. They treated me like trash! Took my vehicle in for a simply oil change and left with a $478 bill. The service person “Michele” was terrible. She never mentioned the additional cost until I was on my way to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle was at the dealership for two days. I was told that she forgot to inform me of the additional cost. It seems like they are a bunch of swindlers!!! I drop my car off after Paul the service guy told me that they had an app. @ 1 I asked him could I drop my car around 7:30 in the morning. He says if they had an opening he would take care of it sooner. I didn’t speak to the guy until after 3:30! He calls me back and says “ they are looking at it now”.
