Bought a vehicle in January 2021, service is terrible, was promised things at signing that the dealership now can’t commit too. Had a issue with alarm immediately after picking up the vehicle, was told vehicle is too new and they weren’t sure how to fix but would call when a solution became available, still waiting on that call 11 months later. Definitely don’t recommend this dealership and will never purchase another vehicle from Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth!
