Scheduled an oil change for 7:45am. I was told it would take an hour and a half. 4 hours later they still have my vehicle and I cannot get anyone in service to return my calls. Next time I will take my money to an instant oil change and wait 20 minutes in the car for it to be done.
⚠️ Buyer beware ⚠️ they are con artists and swindlers!! They sold my mom a car they said was perfect..not even a week after buying it it started acting up we took it in they said they fixed it..it wasn't fixed!!they told us to bring it back in they would fix it and then they told us they couldn't fix it we haven't even owned this car for a month and we can't even drive it if they are willing to do this to me and my family spends hundreds of thousands of dollars there if they are willing to lose all that just to screw us what... read more
