I’ve had good experiences in the past but not recently. I made my first call to Crest over 3 weeks ago to schedule maintenance on my car and was told I would be getting a call soon to schedule. We went to Cadillac of Norwood after having a bad experience at another dealership. We decided to give the biggest cadillac dealership (norwood) in new england a try.
