Never been snaked liked this in my life! After I presented my check and proof of insurance, finance manager, DJ Sandifer, and salesman, Andy Green, denied me the vehicle I THOUGHT I was purchasing because I didn't finance the vehicle through them the night before like THEY wanted me to! Instead, the next morning, after Andy talked to my lender and they cut the check, Andy told me they were going to wait on another customer that wanted to come in and look at the vehicle first. For me it's the greatest place to work and when i'm ready to buy a car it will be from suburban.
I am not sure my words are needed but purchasing a vehicle from Suburban was an absolutely first class experience. It took 20 years for the stars to align for me to get my Cadillac but Dean and team made me feel like family even while they were simultaneously delivring vehicles worth three times as much. The competence, kindness and professionalism I experienced shall make me a lifetime customer.
