I worked with Barb Basinski over several weeks looking for a used vehicle that met some pretty striked standards. I wanted a vehicle that I could use in my commercial real estate business and for hunting. It wasn't easy, but we found an 2012 Escalade EXT that was perfect. She never gave up and delivered my Escalade without hitch. Actually, it had a hitch - love it!
Incompetent morons that work here. Asked customer service if they had new CTS-Vs in stock in order to test drive. Was notified that they did and set up an appt. Went there and they brought out a used 2011 CTS-v and said that they don't have new ones. Sales people are also clueless. Took 40 minutes in order to try and test drive a different vehicle and didn't even end up test driving. Purchased my SRX from Keith in January ran into a couple things that the vehicle needed 3 weeks after i purchaed and Scott in the service department has been above and beyonf helpful with everything that my vehicle needed and understood the safety of my vehicle was my number one priority. I was very pleased with the way I was treated at suburban cadilac........Darius Thompson went well out of his way to make sure that I got everything I wanted from this experience. Didn't matter which car or how much I was going to spend. Very refreshing, would recommend for anyone to visit
What an outstanding dealership! Come see Jason DeLaney and he'll take great care of you. This is my 1st Cadillac and diffinitly not my last from this dealership. The fast friendly service they have here sets them apart from the rest. If you wanna treat yourself I highly recommend coming here to buy a car and see one of the best salesmen around town Jason DeLaney.
Couldn't be happier with my (now) second purchase from Keith Long at Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth! Bottom-line: this is just one hell of a great car dealership. Already looking forward to next time. Don't buy or lease a cadillac without at least checking with Suburban first.

This dealership has gone downhill. I have been trying to get defective tires that they sold me replaced for over one year. They continue to promise to replace them and then do nothing. Needless to say i will no longer be buying cars here. Don Massey would be ashamed if he was still alive.
