Excellent Treatment My front passenger side wheel area was making a loud scratching noise when driving. So I assumed it meant it was time to replace my breaks. Greg the Service Rep performed a diagnostic and informed me it was time for new breaks. Since the dealership did not have my brakes/rotor in stock, he did not charge me the diagnostic fee. He ordered the parts and it arrived the next day. The service was done on my car, and my car was washed. Definitely appreciate the high customer service Stone Mountain VW offers.
Great deal It was a great experience with Mr.Joseph, sales person who is very well in his professional services, forced to buy the Volkswagen Pazan. Actually we were planning to buy a Hundai Elentra.But we changed our mind to Volkswagen because of Mr.Joseph. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Excellent We came in with an existing lease and really wanted the same car but a different color. David was very helpful and we had a pretty care free experience. We got out of our existing lease and into a new car within 48 hours. No hassles and they even worked around our girls gymnastics and dance schedules.
