Love Tracy VW AUDI I have been a long time customer and have never had any issues at Tracy. I have purchased both VW's and AUDI vehicles over the years and have found the entire staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. I always have a loaner vehicle when I make an appointment to bring my car in for service and I recommend them to family and friends!!!
Great experience buying a car, but poor customer service afterwards. We bought our 2009 Volkswagen Jetta TDI from this place, and everything went fine. The salesman was very patient, kind and helpful. We thought we had found the diamond in the rough so to speak, when it comes to car centers. However the customer service and the service center itself is just terrible. They would take your number down to call you back, and just never call back. My experience Alright before I start this review on Douglas Volkswagen dealership in Summit, NJ. I have to say I've been to about 6 dealerships in the last 6 months trying to get approved for the car I wanted. I'm 22, not much credit established..couldn't really do much on my own.
