Incompetent, Dishonest, Rude, and Poor Overall Service I've owned atleast 6 VW's over the years and I purchased a new 2009 GTI from Dwight Harrison last summer. I took the vehicle in for 20k service and they said everything was perfect on the car. I go to another shop to buy some new tires a week later and they noticed one of the rear calipers had an issue and was eating up brake pads unevenly as other side was perfect. Excellent Treatment My front passenger side wheel area was making a loud scratching noise when driving. So I assumed it meant it was time to replace my breaks. Greg the Service Rep performed a diagnostic and informed me it was time for new breaks. Since the dealership did not have my brakes/rotor in stock, he did not charge me the diagnostic fee. He ordered the parts and it arrived the next day. The service was done on my car, and my car was washed. Definitely appreciate the high customer service Stone Mountain VW offers.

Dealer with personal touch! Was in dealership for some much needed repairs to my old 2001 Jetta. Ran into Dwight Harrison while in service and he mentioned that I might want to check out the new 2011 model which is larger than my previous car, but more fuel effecient. It was refreshing to see a dealer get involved at the sales level with a customer. To my surprise the deal was even better than I had hoped for, I'm driving a new one for less than the old car was costing to maintain. Easiest sale ever. Thanks Dwight!
Fantastic It was great. Every one there was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. It was a nice buying experience. They have called several times since we left to see if they could answer any questions.
