Love Tracy VW AUDI I have been a long time customer and have never had any issues at Tracy. I have purchased both VW's and AUDI vehicles over the years and have found the entire staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. I always have a loaner vehicle when I make an appointment to bring my car in for service and I recommend them to family and friends!!!
Great experience buying a car, but poor customer service afterwards. We bought our 2009 Volkswagen Jetta TDI from this place, and everything went fine. The salesman was very patient, kind and helpful. We thought we had found the diamond in the rough so to speak, when it comes to car centers. However the customer service and the service center itself is just terrible. They would take your number down to call you back, and just never call back. Great overall experience Came in to look into the new Jetta and was greeted by vlad. He was very enthusiac and you can just tell how much passion he had in the product. Ended up trading in my 2003 Jetta and leaving with a 2015 in just a couple of hours. Will definitely be recommending friends and family.
Friendly and Attentive After trips to a few dealerships my quest to lease my first new car seemed to be hopeless. Every place wanted to get me into a car, at their price without concern or regard for mine.
