My experience Alright before I start this review on Douglas Volkswagen dealership in Summit, NJ. I have to say I've been to about 6 dealerships in the last 6 months trying to get approved for the car I wanted. I'm 22, not much credit established..couldn't really do much on my own. Exciting & Fun I was in the market for a new car and began to do my research. I can across a dealership, Douglas Volkswagen in Summit, NJ, and fell in love. The reviews were outstanding. Friendly and Attentive After trips to a few dealerships my quest to lease my first new car seemed to be hopeless. Every place wanted to get me into a car, at their price without concern or regard for mine. Of course these prices were fair for a fully optioned top-of-the-line vehicle offered by each respective maker. Isaac is great! Went looking for a preowned car for my son, who just got his license. Isaac showed us a few, we liked them but we were sure. He was professional in following up with us after the fact, and the entire staff showed they truly cared about my son's vehicle choice. That's why we went back.
