Buyer Beware My customer service experience was atrocious. This is a dealership that doesn’t care about it customers once they drive off the lot. After attempting to sell me a second key at full cost in violation of the pre-certification, Stone Mountain Volkswagen assured me I would be sent a working key free of charge. A week later I received a non-programmed key that I was charged over $100 to program. I contacted VW of America and was told that I would be reimbursed. Great deal Usual back and forth by sales person to sales management that is unfortunatly standard procedure when purchasing form a dealership. Joseph Park, the sales person was a pleasure to deal with inspite of this. He did everything I asked of him and had a great disposition. He was very prompt on follow-up and did not waste my time with unecessary contact.
Service department I purchased my vehicle from Dwight Harrison and it was a decent experience. Afterward, I continued to take my vehicle there to have it routinely serviced and that was a miserable experience. The customer service skills inside service and maintenance leave a lot to be desired. I was very disappointed. I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced at Dwight Harrison Volkswagen.

very pleased My experience was wonderful. Your sales team is dynamic and knowledgeable about the Volkswagen product. My car was serviced and cleaned up and she rides so much better since the recall repairs. The service people identified and quoted my most concerning issues and requested permission to move forward. I am sold on using this service department for repairs on my car.
