Unbelievable Service Department! I switched over to Herzog Meier VW from Armstrong VW after talking to Kyle. Kyle has been fantastic to work with. The level of customer service is on a whole different level here and the technicians seem far more capable as well. Overall the experience there is great. Armstrong VW is less than 5 miles from my office and I still will continue to work with Kyle and Herzog Meier.
Quality Shop With Quality Staff I am from Medford, OR and this is the second time my daughter's VW needed service at Herzog-Meier. They run a quality shop with quality folks. Engell Pellumbi was outstanding as my service advisor!! Engell even washed the car for her prior to pick-up. My daughter was impressed as well...and that can be hard to do with college folks! They do it right the first time, and saving time is very big to me.
Do NOT buy a car from Herzog Meier. My wife and I purchased a late model Volvo from Herzog-Meier and wow â what a mistake. After a long pitch about how âdependableâ the Volvo is, they then sold us a warranty for $2000 that covers absolutely NOTHING. As soon as we bought the car, the coolant light came on. When I went to fill the coolant, I couldnât open the hood because the hood latch was broken. Best Dealership Experience Ever! Best experience I've had in a dealership service center! Loved the waiting area and wi-fi - got lots of emails written and sent.
AWESOME!!! I bought my car here and they were extremely helpful and never once asked me if I WAS going to by a car or not. They showed me the car I wanted in every color they had on the lot. They explained all the functions of the car to me. They worked with me on the price. They were VERY friendly there. I would go back there if I bought another VW. I highly recommend them!
I hate this place... I have owned VWs since 2001 and would drive one forever if it wasn't for the CRAPPY service available in this area. My Jetta had a problem with the front driver seat and they fixed it (under warranty) but it took TWO DAYS. Then 13 months later the EXACT thing happened and they agreed to fix it (no longer under warranty) for $850.00. Are you kidding me???? Evil Clowns - AVOID How long do Herzog-Meier staff spend writing FAKE reviews on how great they are? What a bunch of CLOWNS. Check and see how similar all positive reviews are. Very Helpful and Accomodating Engell at Herzog-Meier was very helpful and accommodating. His service was prompt and thorough. He took care of everything that needed to be done and even recommended a new set of tires. I was impressed that I got everything handled in one location and one day. I plan to return in the future and will request Engell as my service manager.
First-Class Auto Dealer Herzog-Meier is a first class dealership/organization. Tom Herzog, Nic Perez, and Mike Lunt have always and continue to take care of my automotive needs. Contrary to some of my other experiences at competing VW dealerships in Portland, the HM team deserve praise and appreciation for their exceptional work.
