Great deal Usual back and forth by sales person to sales management that is unfortunatly standard procedure when purchasing form a dealership. Joseph Park, the sales person was a pleasure to deal with inspite of this. He did everything I asked of him and had a great disposition. He was very prompt on follow-up and did not waste my time with unecessary contact.
Incompetent, Dishonest, Rude, and Poor Overall Service I've owned atleast 6 VW's over the years and I purchased a new 2009 GTI from Dwight Harrison last summer. I took the vehicle in for 20k service and they said everything was perfect on the car. I go to another shop to buy some new tires a week later and they noticed one of the rear calipers had an issue and was eating up brake pads unevenly as other side was perfect.
