Service department I purchased my vehicle from Dwight Harrison and it was a decent experience. Afterward, I continued to take my vehicle there to have it routinely serviced and that was a miserable experience. The customer service skills inside service and maintenance leave a lot to be desired. I was very disappointed. I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced at Dwight Harrison Volkswagen.

Fantastic Went for my 1000 mile follow up after purchase. Everyone was very nice and the waiting area was nice also.
WONDERFUL Sam was very helpful and courteous. I was very pleased with the ability to use a courtesy car while my Passat was being serviced. It allowed me to complete many of the errands on my list and gave me a chance to try out the new Passat. I'll be back.

great deal my tiguan needed 20,000 maintaince. i was treated wonderful upon arrival and got my vechile taken care of quickly.
Wonderful The service department was accommodating even though my appointment was not scheduled. My car was scheduled for it's 90 day check up and was found to be in excellent working condition.
The Best Service Great!! I purchased a faulty vehicle and the dealership did not hesitate to replace the vehicle without any push back!! It was unfortunate that the 1st vehicle did not perform properly but my experience in getting the vehicle replaced was second to none!! I will definitely refer friends and family!!
