Very Pleased I went out to my car and found the battery had died. I called the service center and inquired if they had any time to see me. (It was Saturday just before lunchtime.) I was told that they were pretty busy but to come in and they would take care of me. The service center replaced my dead battery and got me back on the road in no time. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. This is my first VW. I love the car and when it's time for me to get a new one I'll definitely be heading back to Stone Mountain VW.
Best of the Best staff was excellent. Did not have the part I needed but ordered the part and wil give me a quick fix when I bring it back in. This service department "ROCKS""

Excellent Treatment Excellent customer service is always provided by the staff at Stone Mountain Rose in service always goes out of her way to ensure that my vehicle is taken care of and she provides me with details on everything that has been done and needs to be done. She is the BEST Service Advisor that I have ever had!!!
WONDERFUL Sam was very helpful and courteous. I was very pleased with the ability to use a courtesy car while my Passat was being serviced. It allowed me to complete many of the errands on my list and gave me a chance to try out the new Passat. I'll be back.
