Buyer Beware My customer service experience was atrocious. This is a dealership that doesn’t care about it customers once they drive off the lot. After attempting to sell me a second key at full cost in violation of the pre-certification, Stone Mountain Volkswagen assured me I would be sent a working key free of charge.
