The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great! I couldn't be happier with all my visits to Herzog-Meier. Kyle Roethlein is a very gracious and courteous employee, he makes it easy to get what I need done on my vehicle. He is always happy and pleasant which is rare these days in customer service. Watch the Service Each time I've had my Volkswagen serviced here I've come away disappointed. In one case because they couldn't fix it, and in two cases because they charged me much more than expected. When coupled with their horribly inconvenient hours, and having to wade through a horde of desperate salesguys I'm really disinclined to come back. Heck, I'll drive all across town just to avoid this place. PROS: Close to home CONS: Pay more than expected, Salesguys are pushy
Completely Amazing! They were incredible!! They made time for me on a drop-in basis @ 3:00 PM on Saturday. The coils on my Passat had malfunctioned and I made it to the dealership and was good to go in twenty minutes!!! It was amazing!
Simply the best! I recently moved to the area and went to Herzog Meier Volvo to get my C70 serviced and I canât tell you enough how impressed I was. The service was preformed without issue, they provided a nice waiting area for me to wait and even have FREE wireless internet access so I was able to work while I was waiting. Simply amazing service. Tim
I hate this place... I have owned VWs since 2001 and would drive one forever if it wasn't for the CRAPPY service available in this area. My Jetta had a problem with the front driver seat and they fixed it (under warranty) but it took TWO DAYS. Then 13 months later the EXACT thing happened and they agreed to fix it (no longer under warranty) for $850.00. Are you kidding me???? Herzog-Meier Volkswagen service dept. stinks. Although I haven't been to the service dept. in several years, I do not have pleasant memories. As a woman, I felt completely demeaned each time I walked in, and they were constantly trying to get me to agree to extra services on my car that I absolutely did not need. NO THANKS!
New VW GTI - So Fun! Everyone thought I was crazy for trading in my Mercedes CLS500 for a GTI. I love it! Every time I get out of my new car there is a big smile on my face. Thanks to Herzog-Meier I feel 18 again!
First-Class Auto Dealer Herzog-Meier is a first class dealership/organization. Tom Herzog, Nic Perez, and Mike Lunt have always and continue to take care of my automotive needs. Contrary to some of my other experiences at competing VW dealerships in Portland, the HM team deserve praise and appreciation for their exceptional work.
Exceptional Service & Waiting Area I am always happy to take a break from my life in the waiting room at Herzog-Meier while they fix up my car. The service is exceptional and the area is welcoming and comfortable. Also they have the best oranges on the snack table in the waiting room. I love that they stock something that has very little carbs for those of us with odd dietary needs.
