Excellent Treatment My front passenger side wheel area was making a loud scratching noise when driving. So I assumed it meant it was time to replace my breaks. Greg the Service Rep performed a diagnostic and informed me it was time for new breaks. Since the dealership did not have my brakes/rotor in stock, he did not charge me the diagnostic fee. He ordered the parts and it arrived the next day. The service was done on my car, and my car was washed. Definitely appreciate the high customer service Stone Mountain VW offers.
Excellent walked in, greeted, dropped keys off and left. App 1hr later, received phone call, went and picked up car.

Service was nonexsistent I have tried on three different occasions to buy a car from this dealership. The first time I called in and spoke with a sales rep and was told to look for what I wanted online and give him a call back once I found it and filled out the online credit app. I did as asked and NEVER received a return phone call. Fabulous I knew what I wanted. The rep gave made some suggestions and also offered to do fix the bottom grill for no charge. Car was vacuumed and washed for free as well.
Sung Hong and Joseph Park are great dealers I leased my first Passat model year 2014, in October 2015. The first dealer who helped me out the process of leasing this car was Joseph Park, who offered me a huge discount. The car had extra options such as tinting.
