The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great! I couldn't be happier with all my visits to Herzog-Meier. Kyle Roethlein is a very gracious and courteous employee, he makes it easy to get what I need done on my vehicle. He is always happy and pleasant which is rare these days in customer service. The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great!
Great Customer Service & Quality Work My experience at HM was a good one. I had a BAD experience with another dealership just after I bought my car (warranty/tow problem with awful customer service) and so I stayed away from dealerships for 7 years. However, I had occasion to come back for a recall type issue and was pleased with the emphasis on customer service at HM. I got great customer service and quality work, so I'm glad I gave them a shot.
Great Service Department My service rep Mike went out of his way to fix a headlight that was out (not one of the reasons I brought the car in) and this was very close to closing time. I travel to Herzog-Meier from West Linn because I like the service department and bring both of my Passats there. I have always been pleased with the service.
Don't believe these positive fake reviews! I don't believe that all of the positive reviews are real, you can tell they are written by herzog meier themselves. In short, this company has repeatetly lied to us when it came to repairs on our VW and showed repeatetly incompetence when it came to get the job done. The service departement is horrible. Simply the best! I recently moved to the area and went to Herzog Meier Volvo to get my C70 serviced and I canât tell you enough how impressed I was. The service was preformed without issue, they provided a nice waiting area for me to wait and even have FREE wireless internet access so I was able to work while I was waiting. Simply amazing service. Tim
Unsafe service department- don't believe the hype My 2001 VW Jetta has been serviced here a handful of times since relocating to Portland this summer. Initially I came in for a check engine light which turned out to be an exhaust problem. H-M replaced the catalytic converter under extended warranty at no cost and I was very pleased, but they found a few other things that were possibly out of order, the important ones of which I decided to pay to have fixed- this included a tire rotation I could have done myself, but figured ... read more
Herzog-Meier Volkswagen service dept. stinks. Although I haven't been to the service dept. in several years, I do not have pleasant memories. As a woman, I felt completely demeaned each time I walked in, and they were constantly trying to get me to agree to extra services on my car that I absolutely did not need. NO THANKS!
Run, Don't Walk, RUN NEVER RELY on their phone sales on a car you see online. They will sell it our of underneath you if a person walks on their sales floor. Aman is the WORST. He never never returns calls. Patrick is nice enough, but his boss Tom is a chicken shiznit. Instead of telling the news that the truck I wanted had been sold already he called and got my email to email that message instead of telling me over the phone. Fantastic Service Experience Herzog-Meier has the most comfortable waiting area I have ever been in. Mike came to tell me my car was ready, but I stayed an additional 30 minutes to finish the DVD I brought to watch. Thanks for the comfy couch!
