Easy and a Great Deal 5 Stars! Richard had a great low-key approach that was really refreshing after some other salesmen I dealt with. And I got a great deal without a lot of haggling. And a few days after the sale Richard gave me a call just to make sure everything was good with the car, which I really appreciated.
Quality Shop With Quality Staff I am from Medford, OR and this is the second time my daughter's VW needed service at Herzog-Meier. They run a quality shop with quality folks. Engell Pellumbi was outstanding as my service advisor!! Engell even washed the car for her prior to pick-up. My daughter was impressed as well...and that can be hard to do with college folks! They do it right the first time, and saving time is very big to me.
Completely Amazing! They were incredible!! They made time for me on a drop-in basis @ 3:00 PM on Saturday. The coils on my Passat had malfunctioned and I made it to the dealership and was good to go in twenty minutes!!! It was amazing!
Herzog-Meier is out to rip you off! So Friday there was black ice all over Hillsboro. I was in my 98' mk3 jetta, and slid into a curb. I parked my car at my work, and the fallowing day tried to find a shop to fix it. I am new in the area and looked around and no one is open on saturday/sunday. The dealership was so I called, and Mike who is one of the biggest tools I have ever talked to by the way. He said that they can look at it same day bring it okar. Okay. Don't believe these positive fake reviews! I don't believe that all of the positive reviews are real, you can tell they are written by herzog meier themselves. In short, this company has repeatetly lied to us when it came to repairs on our VW and showed repeatetly incompetence when it came to get the job done. The service departement is horrible. I hate this place... I have owned VWs since 2001 and would drive one forever if it wasn't for the CRAPPY service available in this area. My Jetta had a problem with the front driver seat and they fixed it (under warranty) but it took TWO DAYS. Then 13 months later the EXACT thing happened and they agreed to fix it (no longer under warranty) for $850.00. Are you kidding me???? Outstanding Staff and Affordable I am really enjoying the 2006 Mini Cooper I bought from Herzog-Meier. It is a great, fun car. Everything I was looking for and a great price. I would rate everything and everyone I dealt with at Herzog-Meier a 5 out of 5. Richard was very easy to deal with and I felt like he did the best job he could do with what I was looking for. I also really enjoyed dealing with Dave in the financial department, he was very informative and helpful.
Finally a Service Department You Can Trust! I have never had a "repair guy" I could trust in regards to my car. Having worked as a service writer for a short time I understand the stresses of the job and as a customer that it can be hard to find a trustworthy person to deal with when handing over your keys. Run, Don't Walk, RUN NEVER RELY on their phone sales on a car you see online. They will sell it our of underneath you if a person walks on their sales floor. Aman is the WORST. He never never returns calls. Patrick is nice enough, but his boss Tom is a chicken shiznit. Instead of telling the news that the truck I wanted had been sold already he called and got my email to email that message instead of telling me over the phone.
