Service department I purchased my vehicle from Dwight Harrison and it was a decent experience. Afterward, I continued to take my vehicle there to have it routinely serviced and that was a miserable experience. The customer service skills inside service and maintenance leave a lot to be desired. I was very disappointed. I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced at Dwight Harrison Volkswagen.
Great experience Purchased my car here, and Sung Hong was an amazing! He not only helped us get a better deal but he was also very humorous and friendly. Would totally recommend Sung Hong as your dealer and this dealership! I was glad I purchased my car here :)

The Best Service Great!! I purchased a faulty vehicle and the dealership did not hesitate to replace the vehicle without any push back!! It was unfortunate that the 1st vehicle did not perform properly but my experience in getting the vehicle replaced was second to none!! I will definitely refer friends and family!!
