Every one of the door hinges on my 4-year Jeep is rusting and I'm told this is my problem, not theirs. Nice job, Stew Hansens, way to stand behind the vehicles you sell. Can't wait to buy another one from you.
What a joke! Been a long time Jeep guy and will never buy a Jeep from Stew Hansen again! Customer service is horrible and if you want warranty work done, good luck! My Jeep is 4 years old and the paint on the hinges are starting to bubble. Sorry that's not covered. So I buy a brand new Jeep and the paint is only covered for 3 years!? Not my first time dealing with them about this Jeep.

I had my vehicle in for service after I purchased the car a year or two prior as the transmission started to fail. I paid the service department nearly $200 to flush my transmission which ultimately made the situation worse and I ended up having a new transmission installed. I have some custom work done on my vehicle and when I got home I found that part of my hand made fiberglass shaker was damaged because the technician at Stew Hansens ripped out a drain hose damaging the fiberglass and decided to HIDE it from sight so tha... read more
This is our second vehicle through Stew Hansen and I have to say they have made some customers for life. Doug Burke treated us just like family and got us the perfect vehicle for our family. Went in Saturday after being given the run around by my local Jeep,Dodge dealers at Dewey in Ankeny. Drove home with a new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited, 75th anniversary edition. It took me about 6 hours of test driving cars and SUVs and jumping from car to SUVs to undecided. I think Monte the salesman and Aaron the finance person are decent people but I bought a car at the beginning of this month. Why and the heck do I have to pay registration fees already in August? I am a single father with three kids in school. I've got enough of a headache with all the back to school supplies and first car payment. I definitely should have waited till September but I guess my own stupidity.
