When I called Friday for an appointment and made my car to get oil changed, they said go ahead and I ask them to take a look at a few other things they said they that I could drop off the car and I can pick it up Tuesday, when I got there Saturday and explained them that I was dropping off the car and they looked at me that I was crazy, so I had my oil changed 2 hours later and said everything else was fine, this is my first time buying a car from Stew Hansen when I bought the car it was an enjoyable experience, this oil cha... read more

Was told they could get it in right away for an oil change this was at 12:40. Well, their motto get in get out in about 1 hour is laughable. Thinking it would be quick I ask how long, they said it would not be long and told me to pull in as there were no cars in front of me. Now 2 hours later it still is not done. Glad I didn't pay to extend my assurance car care policy. Telling them I would wait for it was a mistake. And to make it worse there are people who came in after me who are done and have left.
