I've done all my business with granger motors for a very long time. I decided to try this place out and bought a vehicle from them. It was a good experience buying it but I brought it in for the first oil change and it took 2 hours and workers were standing around flipping bottles and throwing rags at each other. I should have had it done at granger in less than half the time and more professionally taken care of. I will never come back
I almost bought a car here. If it were not for such a bad experience I might have looked around a bit. The car I was interested in was over priced compared to other versions of the same car at other lots and the others had FAR MORE features than the one at this lot. I was treated like I was crazy for even suggesting a better price and was told that the car they had was the best price I could come by for this car even though that was 100% false. NEVER AGAIN - DON'T BUY FROM Stew Hansen - I bought "new" Jeep Commander in 2007 - it needs recall work - but to my surprise, Stew had MY car, that I purchased directly from them (Steve A - now used car manager), brand new, they had the VIN number registered to a lady in New Mexico - I tried to work with a Mike (service manager) to get things straighten out - never got an answer to WHY they had MY car registered to someone else - made an appointment to get the recall work done thru Mike - I asked for a loner car / he said no... read more
I had my car repaired at Stew Hansen Auto Body repair shop on Hickman and recently heard a strange noise in the rear wheel which was replaced as part of the accident repair. I am currently in Chandler AZ so I took it to the Porsche dealer. they put it on the rack and came out and asked me about the rear wheel and who put it back together. I had Eddie Davis as a cars salesman yesterday and he is just flat out amazing! Him and corey are awesome people and made the experience great! My mother and grandmother purchased cars as well from them! Stew Hansen's continues to be the dealership of choice for my fleet car needs because its service department is second to none. I have always felt that they set the bar for all dealerships and when I am visiting other dealerships with Chystler I often tell them to visit the SH dealership and look to them as a best practice.
