I was the victim of an online bait and switch scam which I discovered when trying to buy a car at Stew Hansen. When they were caught, they were not honest and forthright even though they promised they would be if I came back to buy the car. I hate liars!!!
Had a great experience working with Stew Hansen's this weekend to get into a new vehicle. Came out to look on Friday, talked through all my options, felt listened to, and no pressure to get into a certain vehicle. I left Friday evening with a good idea of what I wanted to do, but asked for the night to think about it. Came back Saturday with my decision made and left with my vehicle! A shout out to Shad Clayton for his awesome work. Thanks for the great, stress-free car shopping experience!
I arrived at dealer shop to drop off for do change oil. And one guy came to me and he said may I help you what you need ? I said I need do change oil and do vacuum and cleaning inside of car also wash car then guy said will be little longer to waiting I said ok no promblem I bet they are very busy but would be worth to waiting when my car get done and shine clean get ready on trip Missouri tonight ! My mom has been a long time customer with stew's their sales management team is awesome along with the sales team that has helped her over the years.
