I really do hate this dealership now. First the service dept blows. Their idea of a "quick lane" takes a minimum of 1 hour. For a simple oil change! Next,the service managers are absolute jerks and huge egos. Told me that they "could not help" when I wanted new tires. I figured I bought the car here and they would help with new tires. I got to work with some really amazing people there. From sales to add-on's and financing, everyone there made me feel more valued and less like a number. Rick did a great job and got me into the vehicle at a great price and Tim did his best working with banks for a low interest rate. I'd give this place a 20 out of 10 for all their hard work and dedication. I will definitely be sending people to see them every time.
Cannot tell you how awesome Emily from enterprise at the Stew Hansen location was! She found the car I wanted to rent, she was helpful, friendly and gave me the best deal ever on my rental! I purchased a brand new vehicle less than 2 years ago and the clear coating is peeling off of the rim, Chrysler says they won't warranty it and no one from stew Hansen will even call me back! Customer service is non existing when there is a problem, extremely disappointed!
