Called me an "ASSHOLE"! I went in for warranty repair work and a new set of tires. The service advisor, TJ Weston, was very unprofessional and rude. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he had added an $80 alignment to my bill without discussing it with me first. When I refused to pay for the service, they put him on a cell phone with me since he had called in sick. We brought in our Charger to the collusion center, expecting to not see it for at least 2 weeks, we brought it in on a Monday and picked it up on Thursday (same week). It was a pretty gnarly accident with a deer. They made it look like it was fresh off the assembly line beautiful work and flawless. They worked with our insurance, it was just an overall smooth experience. I would recommend buying or fixing your car with these guys!

I bought a 2011 Mazda 3 less than two months ago. During the test drive, I noticed the brakes made a weird noise, and said if the brakes were fixed I would buy it. I was told they put complete new pads, rotors, and calipers on them, so I bought it. Not even a day later, the brakes were making the same rubbing noise, so I brought it back and was told they would 100% take care of it and got it back. Had an oil change done and was told my 3rd brake light was out. Instead of fixing it in 30 seconds, they noted it on the inspection form. Being a former dodge service advisor, I would have never let a safety item such as this leave my shop. It's a simple fix and also an offense that someone could be pulled over for. Laziness.
