They need to be better about calling their customers who have appointment set up for service after finding out the parts they needed to fix the air control module for our van was needing sent back because they weren't designed correctly. Husband took work off the first time to get it fixed in the morning which I understand and they did work on our vehicle quickly and vacuumed out our vehicle. But wasting another 45 minute trip there and back while wasting gas really blows.
Loved it.We bought our 3rd car there. Sales staff was super. Orlando was very helpful with all 3 cars. Stew's sold a car when others would not
Most horrible service department I've ever experienced. I will never go here for service again.. I will drive to granger or ankeny. Your customer advocate manager will be hearing from us. Most likely the BBB as well.
Owe me a radio on warranty for my 2013 Dodge Challenger, have yet to get it and it's been nearly 6 months. Wouldn't follow through on warranty. A joke
Their service department is amazing! I have never had a problem, and have received perfect customer service. I work with Chip when I go in and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I will never go anywhere else!! Customer for life.
I have heard a lot of advertising on the radio and on TV lately, and this has encouraged me to step up my efforts to recommend other dealers to friends and family, to NOT purchase from Stew Hansen's Dodge/Chrysler. Just as a couple examples of the kind of service that we have received from this dealership. Only reason I am giving them a 2 is because my husband bought a 2015 Dodge Ram and the sales department was great!! Now there service department is awful!! Had a bad experience years ago and swore I would never go back but since we got our truck there I figured I would give them a try, bad idea. While fixing the rear passenger door on our van they broke a piece of trim. Getting into an accident and totaling our van a week and a half before Christmas? Awful, to say the least. We got approved for a loan this morning, so we went in to look around and see what they had. Tom was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable, kind, and actually LISTENED to what we wanted. He didn't make us feel rushed and seemed like he genuinely cared. Have been waiting over a year to get a recall issue fixed on our Jeep. We were told last November they had to order the part and it would be in in December and they would call us. With the holidays we never called them to check on, nor did they ever call us to tell us it was in. Took the Jeep back in after the holidays to get the recall fixed and again, we will need to order the part.
