Received the worst possibly treatment here. No customers should be treated this way. I was left stranded at the dealership because everyone refused to give me a ride home. They all just wanted to get home because it was closed. Well I wanted to get home too, but clearly they expected me to walk home.
Dealing with unexpected car repairs is never fun. But my experience with Stew Hansen service was exceptional. My service was completed on time, under the quoted price, and they washed and vacuumed my car to boot! Even the shuttle driver was on time, and super pleasant. Altogether an outstanding service experience!

I have been looking all week on my vac. for a new car, well new to me.. I called and i got to talk to a guy name Paul K. And if you are looking to get a car he is the one to go to. He was very helpful and he did more then most car sales men would do for you. After not finding what i wanted and leaving to look at another car lot, still not finding what i wanted with the pay that i can make. Really disappointed in the service department. Had an appointment yesterday to get new tires on my son's Jeep. Dropped off the car Tuesday night so it would be there first thing in the morning. Got a call around 5pm advising they had not been able to get to it yesterday. Spoke with TJ this morning. He advised it would probably be lunch time before they could look at the Jeep and let us know how much the tires would cost. They could "possibly" get the car done by 4pm, but no guarantees.
