My wife was send over from the Stew Hansen's Hyundai dealership for a replacement key and received the worst customer service from your service dept. It is hard to believe that you are in anyway associated with the Hyundai side of Stew Hansen's. If we had dealt with the Dodge side when buying our vehicle we would of gone somewhere else.
I have bought 3 vehicles from Stew Hansen's from 3 different salesmen and I was completely satisfied and treated with respect all 3 times. Definitely a return customer here! We love Stew Hansen's!
We have bought two used vehicles (both from Orlando Oakley, an 09 Caliber in 2012, and a 2012 Avenger this past January) and have been very happy both times. Any time we have had any type of mechanical issue it has been taken care of and we have been given a loaner car. Chip, in the service department is so nice and easy to work with. Our last car was in twice and once for a few days. He kept me informed with daily updates. We will definitely purchase our future vehicles here!!
Best experience I have ever had at a dealership! Larry Castagnoli went above and beyond in assisting us in our purchase of our Jeep Patriot, as well as follow up services. Marco Johnston in financing was also a huge help. He took the extra time to address all of our concerns. I would definitely recommend Stew Hansens! The staff really does go the extra mile for their customers!

Had to take my 2010 van in for repair and had 110% experience with Max in service !! Also didn't meet or talk with him but thank you to Philip the mechanic who worked on my van !! Will be back in the future and will let all know about my experience !!!
Horrible experience with a different dealer not even a year ago. Multiple issue after issue so going to Stew's we were a little leery of car dealers but had a great sales person with Scott Galbraith and Frank Hansman. Took 24 hours but they were able to find us exactly what we wanted for our budget.
The best car buying experience I've ever had. Everything was beyond my expectations. They will have my business for life.
