The worst service at stew hansens, my jeep is a few days from being a Lemon. And when i bring in my vehicle to be fix the transmission for the THIRD time, at its scheduled time mind you, i was told to come back next week. They under deliver and i loathe calling them for anything

Over two hours seems a bit long to wait for an oil change...especially when you were told "a little over an hour." Lesson learned: either don't go on Mondays mid-morning or don't go when Jethro's shows up for the employees because apparently time stops and everyone stops working at one time. Not. Impressed. This must be how they get you to not use your "free" oil changes??
