I had been looking for a new Honda CR-V or newer (someone else take the $ knock driving it off the lot) Pilot for a little over a year. I certainly didn't expect to be led to Stew Hansen. I took my car in for a tire rotation and diagnostic check. Got a call that all was good after a great test drive with no issues. Thirty minutes later I get a call that they did another 4x4 inspection, tore the back half of it apart and decided they didn't have the parts to put it back together for a week or so. Called 3 days later and they asked if I had paid for a rental through them- when I said no they told me they could get the car done earlier... I bought a 2016 Jeep in the fall & my salesman was great....listened to what I wanted, my budget, etc. My 1st service was complete on Wednesday (oil change, tire rotation, & computer updates) were everything went smoothly & was done in less time I was quoted!
I came out to Stew Hanson this morning for a oil change. I sat in my car and watch these service men go services every car around me until I had to speak out and ask, "you have anyone here that wants to service a black lady". One white guy walks up and said I know the feeling I'm just one white man then went and services the car behind me.

Bought a 2017 Dodge Journey, Bryan Younts was my salesman and was very respectful and patient with us. There was an issue with the front bumper and the bodyshop did an excellent job repairing/painting it. I recommend buying from stews and if you want a good salesman talk to Bryan!
