I recently stopped into Stew Hansen's to look at Jeep Compasses because a viewing at another dealership fell through. I am in Urbandale working for 2 weeks from Wisconsin when my check engine light came on. I called the dealership and spoke to Chip. He told me to bring it in and at least he could tell me what the error code was. Once there, the code determined that my fuel filters needed to be changed. Instead of sending me on my way (because the next normal schedule repair day was the following week and I would not be here), he was able to juggle his schedule that day to fit me in and get the 3500 serviced. Bought a truck recently and had a great salesman. He was patient and didn't rush me. He treated me well and with respect. Have added some things to my truck and again treated well and with respect. Service was timely and I was allowed a loaner car. GREAT experience with this dealership, I will go back and recommend them. My salesman was Scott G, and Emily has helped with my add ons. If you want to waste money on services, go here. Their prices are roughly 20% higher for some services than other Jeep dealers, because “there’s more business.” I’d rather drive an extra 10 miles to have people work on my Jeep that won’t capitalize on the fact there’s more business in one area versus another.
