Two times in a row that I’ve gone in for an oil change, only to have it take over two hours. No “sorry that took so long, how can we make it right?”. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back.

This dealership has a high tech service department that is the most esteemed in the Chicago zone. The technicians are the best, extremely trained and caring individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. They value every customer, and if integrity is ever a question, shines above the competition in taking care and putting their real customers first. I had purchased a Chrysler Pacifica here and had many problems. The dealership agreed to replace the vehicle with a different Pacifica. I truly appreciate their efforts to make sure I was a happy, satisfied customer. I hope to be able to do business with them in the future.
Love my Jeep. Had a few problems with service that wasn’t addressed accurately and my boyfriend and I had become very frustrated with the level of service, as he has also leased a vehicle with Stew Hansen. My past experiences with Stew Hansen have not been good. I took my truck in for a simple oil change and tire rotation as I was going to take a trip with my camper. Everything was fine until the day after I got back and had my rear tire go flat. Thinking I had picked up a nail or something I ran my hand over the tire to fine out where it was leaking air.
