Great person to work with and great person to work with loved it
In the past, I used to love taking my vehicle here. My cruise control was fixed last year. And within a year it has quit working again. And they just don't see how the switch could go bad already. And suggested I pay a local dealership to have it diagnosed to see if that's exactly what's wrong. Why should I pay for a diagnostic when it's doing the same as before? However, if it was the switch they would cover the cost to replace. Ok, so if it is the switch, will you reimburse me the local diagnostics test?
Was disappointed on my experience yesterday. I’ve been taking our van there for 2 years now and have always had a great experience with the service. Yesterday when I arrived I was greeted, but the customer service wasn’t really there. Didn’t ask how I was or look up my account as I was standing there to see if there was anything else he could help me with. Usually they vacuum out my vehicle and that wasn’t done either. Overall disappointed with visit.

Wort deal we've ever been dealt. Returned the brand new Journey due to the contract. Bounced around between three people, sold us a line of "included with your new car" only to have added more than four thousand dollars to the price.
