I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at Stew’s service department. Though they did get my car in on no notice and get it fixed the same day (greatly appreciated), the customer service to follow was subpar. First, after paying for my vehicle I was handed my keys and told my car was right outside the doors and to the left in spot A27. Two Words. Rick Belluchi... Most awesome sales rep at Stew. Except when he talks to you, he feels more like your favorite uncle that will always have your back, Rather than a pushy sales guy! Andrew Taylor in the finance office, super friendly and helpful! Even laughed at my corny jokes that I knew weren’t funny LOL! Anyways, So happy with my 2018 Jeep Renegade Latitude. This is my 2nd Jeep from Stew, definitely won’t be my last!
