Last week my battery died in my car after pulling out of the car wash. My boyfriend came to jump my car and called Stew Hansen’s to see if they had a battery. They said no problem come in and we will put it in. This was 6:30 at night. Wes Mackrill was very accommodating and took the time to have Brandon Ott replace my battery. I was so grateful to have them help me when I needed it most. They took time out of their busy night to help me. I will be a forever customer going forward. Thank you again for all your help!
A great car can be found at any big dealership but cannot say the same for customer services. Stew Hansen has the worst customer services. I bought a new 2018 Challenger from them this summer and it was toward closing time. They were trying to rush me out the door they whole time, couldn't take an extra minute for some that just bought a new car from them. Stew Hanson has the best sales and service. They go above and beyond to find what you need Bob Mckeehan will go above and beyond to help make your sale go smoothly. If you want to feel like family this is the place to go. Fair trade allowance and they will dig for everything they can to get you the best deal. I will be back as I have in the past.
