We took our van in today for an oil change. They said the right front strut was leaking and would be over $800 to fix. They couldn’t do it today so we took it to another place to have checked out. They said it was actually both back shocks that were leaking. The two front struts only needed to be replaced due to mileage. That place was going to charge $900 for both front struts to be fixed. Easy place to buy a car. 3rd car there for us.
It is a poor business practice to insist on your signature before the breakdown on costs. I would of questioned the 180.00 documentary fee but after you sign no recoarse. This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Stew Hansen and will not buy any more from the dealership. Salesman was very courteous and helpful too bad the financial person does not treat customers the same.

Had a great experience with Stew Hansen. I never thought I could ever get a brand new Vehicle. Last year Frankie my sales guy got me into a Dodge Journey brand new. This year with Frankie and the help of other staff members at Stew Hansen, I was able to get into a brand new vehicle!! That I wanted!! And at a good price! Thank you!! Five stars!!
